To help us get a clearer picture of the distinct and interconnected components of workforce diversity, our Task Force identified the Life Cycle.  Each component is an important aspect of the overall diversity journey of an enterprise and its team members.

Your company may not be focused on all components of the Life Cycle now, or in future. Or, as an employee, you may only be interested in the components that help you add or highlight capabilities to advance your career.  It’s imperative that your individual or enterprise activities in this area of management follow the path that makes sense for you.
