The University of Texas at Arlington

The University of Texas at Arlington was established in 1895. Since its establishment, it has taken on eight different names. The University of Texas at Arlington is dedicated to intellectual rigor; there is a research center in almost every discipline.

Texas Woman’s University

Texas Woman’s University is the nation’s largest university primarily for women, and is a recognized Hispanic Serving Institution. The health sciences, education, and research are among their top programs.

Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi

The Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi is a powerhouse along the Gulf of Mexico, with institutions and research centers serving communities along the coast. Texas A&M-Corpus Christi serves 12,000 students.

St. Edward’s University

At St. Edward’s University, students benefit from a classroom ratio of 18 students to one instructor, and was awarded by U.S. News & World Report in the top twenty “America’s Best Colleges.”

Southwestern Adventist University

Southwestern Adventist University was founded in 1893 and is a designated Hispanic Serving Institution. Students are capable of expanding their horizons in a physically, and intellectually safe environment. The campus was recently voted by Niche.com as the safest campus in Texas.

Schreiner University

Schreiner University was established in 1923 and today is a designated Hispanic Serving Institution. With its small campus size, its school traditions help students to create a better sense of community as they enter the university.

San Jose State University

San Jose State University is a Hispanic Serving Institution established in 1857. It has survived the Civil War, the Gold Rush, and stands as a testament to California’s rich history in the wake of the innovations of Silicon Valley.
