About University of the Southwest
University of the Southwest was founded in 1958 and an independent, non-denominational liberal arts college. Students at the University of the Southwest are challenged through intellectual rigor of courses but also challenged to question how they can better serve their community and the common good. They have a high performing athletics program, and are a Division I school.
