About LeMoyne-Owen College

Established in 1968, Lemoyne-Owen College is the result of a merger of HBCUs and other schools. With a student body of almost 1,000, the college provides five academic divisions to choose from: The Division of Business and Economic Development, The Division of Education, The Division of Fine Arts and Humanities, The Division of Natural and Mathematical Sciences, and The Division of Social and Behavioral Sciences. LeMoyne-Owen College provides a transformative experience educating students for urban-focused leadership, scholarship, service and professional careers.
