About J. F. Drake State Technical College
Established in 1961 as the Huntsville State Vocational Technical College, Drake has since undergone several name changes. There are over 1,000 students currently attending the college. Drake offers degree programs in Business/Engineering Technologies, Education, Health Sciences Technology, and Applied Services Technology.
