Bethune-Cookman University was established in 1904 and has since grown to a student body of over 4,000. The university offers 39 bachelor’s degrees. The Bethune-Cookman University mission is to serve in the Christian tradition the diverse educational, social, and cultural needs of its students and to develop in them the desire and capacity for continuous intellectual and professional growth, leadership, and service to others.
