About Bennett College for Women

Bennett College is located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Bennett College was founded in 1873 as part of the Warnersville Methodist Episcopal Church. Their mission is to provide quality education for women of color as well as nurture the intellectual, spiritual and cultural growth of young women for lifelong learning and leadership. From its humble beginnings, Bennett College today aims to prepare its students to uplift their students to become better leaders of tomorrow.
