About The University of New Mexico – Los Alamos
University of New Mexico, Los Alamos was established in 1980 as a graduate school, and soon began offering classes at all levels. Students have the added benefit of a private university setting, with small classroom sizes at a community college tuition. They are also a designated Hispanic Serving Institution.
