About Los Angeles Harbor College
Los Angeles Harbor College was established in 1949, and serves a population of just over 10,000 students. Similar to other community colleges in Los Angeles, high school students from any LAUSD public or charter school are given a free year of enrollment at Los Angeles Harbor College.
